hi! I'm Stef

I’m a leadership and executive coach. I provide highly individualized coaching that can empower you to create the change that you aspire to. Together we will go through a journey that will have a positive impact in your professional and personal sphere.

My coaching philosophy centers around fostering a safe and supportive space for you to be still, honest, and vulnerable. Together, we will create a coaching plan that is tailored to your specific needs and aspirations. We will explore your behaviors, thoughts and feelings, in order to increase self-awareness, define alternative options in alignment with your goals. Together, we will practice change, one step at a time.

Besides my professional experience, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching practice as a mom-of-three, corporate expat, and triathlete-in-training. My personal journey has taken me around the globe. I understand firsthand the challenges and opportunities that come with navigating different cultures and environments.

If you’re interested in learning more about how coaching can help you achieve your goals, I would be happy to connect with you.

Why linchpin

A linchpin is a pin that secures a wheel to an axle, preventing the wheel from sliding off or becoming loose while the vehicle moves forward. In a similar way, our values, beliefs and attitudes act as our linchpin that holds us together as we step into everyday decisions, towards our future goals.

However, there are times when, despite our strong desire to progress, we feel stuck and are unable to change. Like a linchpin that does not fit the axle anymore, our values, beliefs and attitudes start to feel weak and uncertain. Or too stiff and unyielding.

We may feel like we’ve lost our sense of purpose, or we may struggle to make decisions that align with our goals and aspirations. This is when it may be necessary to reexamine our linchpin, finding the courage and vulnerability required to embrace change.
